
Cookery Classes
Do you like the idea of whole food, healthy, delicious from-scratch cooking but feel overwhelmed about where to start? With so much conflicting information out there, do you really understand what eating well even means any more? Do you want to bring healthier eating habits into your life but are finding it difficult to get started?
Join me in my kitchen for a fun and interactive healthy cookery class! I'll help you gain a better understanding of why certain foods are so important for our health and give you simple ideas of how to include them in your every day cooking at home.
Most classes will focus on general, well-rounded healthy eating for optimum nutrition. From time to time I also offer special "themed" classes, focusing on a particular preventative diet such as anti-inflammatory, blood sugar balancing or hormonal support.
We will spend a few hours together cooking and eating some delicious recipes that you can easily replicate at home, and you will leave will all of the recipes as well as plenty of other useful documents to help you on your way to a healthier diet!
Who?
Everyone is welcome! Classes are a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 people. Sign up for one of the dates below, or if you have your own group in mind (minimum of 4) we can organise a date that suits you.
Where?
Classes take place in my kitchen at home in Loubès-Bernac (47120).

Classes start at 10am and last for approximately 4 hours. Classes cost €60 per person. Payment is taken to reserve your place and can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Cheque or Cash.
